Product Description

Automatic visual inspection machine can be applied to various pharmaceutical products, including powder injections, freeze-drying powder injections, small-volume vial/ampoule injections, large-volume glass bottle/plastic bottle IV infusion etc.

 

 

Application

Used in pharmaceutical factory production to automatically check impurities in plastic bottles infusion.
Inspected items includes:
The inspection requirements for liquid inside are as follows, and Knapp test should be better than that of manual:

1)The plastic chips, fibers, hair, black spots, white spots, mosquitoes, color spots, in the bottle;

2) The floating objects on the liquid surface;
3) The heavy foreign objects at the bottom of the bottle;
4) The bottle cap rubber stopper is missing
5) The cap has no pull ring, or obvious welding misalignment
6) No rings at the bottom of the bottle
Inspect scope: 100ml-500ml infusion in plastic bottle.

LVP automatic light inspection machine working process:
Impurities like plastic blocks, hair and white spots will rotate at high speed in the bottle. When the bottles reach the inspection station; suddenly stop to take photographs, and the groups of industrial camera in the tracking detection mechanism take multi-frame photographs, then the industrial computer can judge whether there are impurities in the detection bottles by analyzing multi frame picture; When impurities in the bottle are checked out, bottle distribution servo motor will finish the waste reject action according to the program instructions, making qualified products and defective products separate from each other.
