High automation - fully automated assembly operation, sensible and optimised integration of work processes, automatic tube loading to finished product output; the entire production line requires only one skilled operator to meet production requirements;Integrated design, optimised integration with compact footprint; modular design with high degree of standardisation, excellent overall efficiency and availability, reliable and durable automation, low maintenance requirements;
High degree of human-machine dialogue - humanised workstation design, user-friendly HMI (human-machine interface) program design and display of multifunctional auxiliary operation prompts;
Precise mould frame positioning, with positioning pin holes on the mould frame. After the mould frame is placed at each workstation, it can be lifted for lift positioning.
Online QC sampling station, can trigger QC sampling on the HMI in automatic mode. After completion of the current execution action of injection, move to the QC sampling station for injection. On completion, QC can eject the sample for inspection. The sampling station should be easy to operate.
