1. Automatic on-line detection of burr, angle, glue amount and needle blockage to comprehensively improve product quality.
2. The possibility of residual silicone oil is greatly reduced by using vertical silicification and blowing large and small gas.
3. Automatic counting function is adopted to avoid counting the quantity brought by packaging.
4. The needle tube falls freely by gravity to avoid needle tip damage caused by the equipment itself.
5. Easily replace the needle clamp, and the equipment can more widely adapt to the size requirements of various needle tubes.
6. Automatic online blocking and leakage detection and automatic waste removal, so as to reduce the labor intensity of workers due to detection.
7. The needle taking process of servo system is used to avoid needle waste caused by needle disorder.
8. The different application of UV glue and epoxy resin glue point process ensures the accuracy of glue amount.
9. The compact and reasonable structure design makes the operation and maintenance more humanized.
