Working principle:
Under the action of the rotation of the coating drum, the prime core moves continuously in the drum. The peristaltic pump transports the coating medium and sprays the inverted spray gun on the surface of the core. Under negative pressure, the inlet air processing unit supplies clean hot air to the tablet bed according to the set procedure and process parameters to dry the core. The hot air is discharged through the exhaust air treatment unit through the bottom of the raw core layer, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the raw core quickly forms a firm, dense, smooth, and smooth surface film to complete the coating.

 

It is equipped with CIP online cleaning system.
