Glass bottle IV solution production line is mainly used for IV solution glass bottle of 50-500ml washing, depyrogenation, filling and stoppering, capping. It can be used for the production of glucose, antibiotic, amino acid, fat emulsion, nutrient solution and biological agents and other liquid etc.

Step 1
Washing machine:
This machine is used for the fine washing for infusion glass bottle, take turns to use the normal water, purified water, injection water, clean compressed air, fresh injection water and clean compressed air to washing the bottle in turns.
Step 2
Depyrogenation Tunnel
Laminar flow sterilization tunnel used for washed vial's dry sterilization and remove heat, It can reach the highest temperature 300~350ºC, efficient sterilization time for 5-10 minutes.
It has three working area (Preheat area, heating area, cooling area).
Step 3
Filling, Vacuuming, Nitrogen Charging, Stoppering Machine
Filling part adopts valve filling, high precision in Germany.
Nitrogen charging immediately after filling, also nitrogen protection between the nitrogen charging and stoppering.
No bottles no filling, no bottles no vacuuming, no bottle no nitrogen charging, ensure the vacuum level in the air tank during vacuuming, meanwhile, make sure the oxygen residual after stoppering (control within 1.0%).

Filling and Stoppering Machine
Aseptic liquid filling machine is very accurate and stable operation. The filling volume can be directly adjusted through HMI, here we have ORABS equipped with stainless steel laminar air flow hood.
Step 5
Capping Machine
It is mainly used for glass bottles capping. Continuous operation. Picking up and crimping, at the same time rolling the cap. After the completion, the cap have the same size and edge smooth, good appearance. High-speed, low damaged.
1.New design for washing machine, rough cleaning adopts the same direction for bottle input and output, saving operators and machine space.
2.Bottle output from rough and fine washing machine adopts twice bottle receiving, avoiding bottle reversal and broken.
3.Bottle washing machine uses intermittent rinsing, avoiding cross contamination caused by continuous rinsing.
Bottle input adopts the combination of bottle hook and guide plate, making the bottle input reliable and no bottle reversal.
4.Washing water can be recycled and filtered, reduce water consumption
5.Customization filling method for different products, like Peristaltic Pump, Ceramic Pump, Stainless Steel Pump can optional.
6.During filling process, no mandatory friction of mechanical parts, not produce particulate pollution,compliant with GMP requirements.
7.Adopts the quick equipped filling head design, the filling heads is easy in disassembly and assembly(Only need to loose the two M6 bolts)
8.It can realize CIP/SIP on line.
9.Easy operation, a |I settings can be set directly from Man-machine interface. Electronic control system adopts advanced PLC technology and microcomputer tuner to adjust speed. Start and stop smoothly, easy for changing specification parts.
10.By vacuum stoppering and mechanical positioning, only when the stoppers is in the accurate place, it can go to the stoppering station, high qualified rate.
11.There is nitrogen protection in the delivering dial wheel between the wheel of the nitrogen filling and the wheel of the stoppering station. The nitrogen flling adopts the insert bottle filling methods;maximum ensures residual oxygen of the nitrogen flling products.
12.Low residual oxygen after vacuuming and stoppering. (ensures less than 0.6%).
