This machine is a small fermentation system consisting of a 15L seed tank and 100L fermentation tank, all the instrumentation as well as the automation system. This machine is specially designed for microbial fermentation or cell culture equipment. The main components of the system include the fermentation tanks, temperature control system, pH control system, stirring system, gas distribution system and cleaning and sterilization system.
 
Functions and Parameters
1.High polish degree, inner wall EP electrolytic polishing Ra ≤ 0.2um, outer surface matte brushed polishing Ra ≤ 0.4um, much higher than the industry standard requirements and other counterparts.
2. The machine can achieve one-button fully automatic sterilization.
3.The coverage rate of the jacket is 75%, with a full jacket form and optimized internal flow guiding structure.
4.For systems with multiple tanks, single tank single control (1 tank using 1 set of control system) and multi tank joint control (multiple tanks using 1 set of control system) can be achieved. Although multi tank joint control uses 1 control system, multi-tank joint control can still realize independent control of different tanks respectively.
5.This machine has various over-limit alarm functions: you can set the upper and lower limits of different parameters, once the limit is exceeded, the system will automatically alarm.

Features:
  1. Fermentation tanks are usually made of stainless steel and are designed to withstand high temperatures and pressures to meet sterilization requirements.Corrosion resistance should also be taken into account so that it can store culture medium for a long time. The temperature control system is responsible for regulating the temperature inside the fermenter to meet the growth requirements of microorganisms or cells.
  2. The pH control system regulates the pH of the fermenter by adding acid or alkali to meet the specific needs of microorganisms or cell growth.
  3. Stirring system can make the culture liquid in the fermenter fully mixed by high-speed stirring, which ensures sufficient supply of oxygen and uniform distribution of heat.
  4. The gas distribution system distributes the necessary gases, such as oxygen or argon, to the fermenter
  5. The cleaning and sterilization system cleans and sterilizes the tanks and pipelines by means of high-temperature and high-pressure steam, ensuring the sterility of the fermentation process.
  6. In this set of system, we include functional settings such as tank temperature setting, PH setting, speed setting, DO setting, pressure setting, weighing control, air intake setting, peristaltic pump setting and so on.
  7. At the same time, the tank is equipped with jacket with CIP and SIP function. The equipment is equipped with audit trail function, which fully meets the GMP requirements.
