Application
During the granulation process, the dosed and mixed dry powder materials are fed into the upper hopper by the special feeder (pneumatic or mechanical) and conveyed to the pressure chamber by the spiral conveyor. The two high pressure extrusion wheels press the materials into high pressure density discs, which are cut into small pieces by the cutting system and made into granules of the desired size by the two-stage granule sizing system, thus completing the granulation process.

 

Work principle
The IVEN roller compactor mainly consists of the following parts: material feeding system, directional material feeding system, extrusion system, crushing system, water cooling system, granule sizing system and hydraulic system, crushing system, front cover system, water cooling system, granule sizing system, hydraulic system, machine body combination, cover plate combination and rotating screen system (not for partition installation).

Conditions of Use
1.It is unstable to water and solvents, and can easily cause deterioration in the hot and humid environment.
2.Material mesh number: >60 mesh natural and mixed powder materials.
3.The relative humidity is less than 80%, the room temperature is less than 35ºC, and the working environment is clean.
