The machine is mainly used to complete such procedures as conveying, filling, inner plug feeding, outer cap feeding and outer cap screwing of eye drop bottles. It is also applicable to production of other small volume products in plastic bottles. It can be used singly or for linked production.
Working principle
The empty bottle is sent by the conveying mechanism to the rotary table positioning mechanism of the filling machine. There is a station for air washing at the bottle inlet. After air washing is completed, it enters the large rotary table and is subject to nitrogen filling before filling. When the bottle is detected by the bottle feeding photoelectric eye, the filling and lifting mechanism is pressed downward, the filling needle is inserted into the bottle, and the whole pump body liquid feeding and filling head liquid discharging process is completed by the metering pump. After the filling is completed, it is subject to nitrogen filling. The lifting mechanism is raised, and the rotary table moves the bottle to the plugging station. The stopple is sucked up by the stopple suction nozzle, which is driven by the cam to the top of the bottle mouth through circumferential movement (the bottle clamping station clamps the bottle mouth). The inner stopple is pressed downward into the bottle mouth. The rotary table takes the stoppled bottle to the capping station, and the cap suction nozzle takes the cap to the top of the bottle mouth. Carry out pre-pressing. The rotary table takes the capped bottle to the cap screwing station, and the cap is tightened by the cap screwing head. The rotary table takes the bottle after cap screwing out of the rotary table mechanism and sends it to the conveying mechanism, which sends the bottle to the next procedure.Main Technical Parameters | |||||||
