Bottle Entering Station

Production Procedures

Step 1
Bottle washing station
Ultrasonic bottle-washing machine are used to clear the inside and the outside of the bottles.
The bottle washing nozzle adopts swing tracking rinse, the tracking position is accurate, the nozzle is good in neutrality, and the tracking range is adjustable.
The manipulator holds the bottle mouth as a centripetal flip, which does not interfere with adjacent bottles, avoids bottle collision with each other, and saves the volume of the equipment.
 

Step 2: drying &sterilizing machine
The machine is a tunnel structure, divided into preheating area, high temperature sterilization area, cooling area three parts, the use of hot air laminar flow disinfection principle for short-term high temperature sterilization of the container, suitable for oral liquid, syrup drying sterilization, can also be used for other medicinal glass bottles drying sterilization. It can be used alone, and can also be used in line with the bottle washing machine in the front and the filling machine in the back.
 

Step 3
Filling and capping station
Reciprocated tracking filling system of IVEN oral liquid filling line, with rotary dial wheel, high positioning accuracy, each filling head can be adjusted separately. It is applicable to the filling and capping of oral liquid. It has the function of no bottle without filling. The filling and capping machine is combined into one, with reasonable design, compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, and in line with GMP design standards.
