5. When the number of bottles on the feeding conveyor belt is less than a certain amount, the machine can automatically reduce the labeling speed.
6. Touch screen HMI, if abnormality occurs, it can be displayed on the man-machine interface and guide troubleshooting. The operation is simple, and anyone can quickly use the device. There are multiple sets of memory functions (including parameters such as bottle diameter and labeling length), and there is no need to reset when changing products of different specifications, just call it directly, which greatly improves work efficiency.
7. Several emergency stop buttons can be installed, and emergency stop buttons can be installed at appropriate positions on the production line to ensure safe operation and smooth production.
8. The label peeling length is automatically calculated by the servo motor, label detection photoelectric and PLC, no need to adjust the label detection photoelectric position, any label length can be modified on the HMI, easy to use.
9.It adopts Top brand for key and main part components, such as Siemens PLC and HMI,  Omron electrical parts,YASKAWA motor,etc..
