Online QC sampling station, can trigger QC sampling on the HMI in automatic mode. After completion of the current execution action of injection, move to the QC sampling station for injection. On completion, QC can eject the sample for inspection. The sampling station should be easy to operate.
SUS304 material sheet, frame and door sheet with nano treatment, tempered glass door, steel structure frame, high rigidity and shock absorption, welded steel structure machine base.
Process Flow and Description
Preparation: Manually place the test tubes in an orderly manner in the tube collection hopper, the composite cap plugs are placed in the cap bin, the foam trays are placed in the foam tray box, and put the reagents in place at the corresponding dispensing station.

Flexible tube loading →Inverted tube detection → Liquid dosing and spraying (3 sets of liquid dosing and spraying system) → Drying (2 sets) → Capping → Vacuuming → Staggered loading tray;
