This machine is suitable for packing blisters, tubes, ampoules and other related objects into boxes intermittently. The highest speed can up to 100boxes/min.It has advantage of high packing efficiency and good quality. This machine can fold leaflet, open box, insert blister into box, emboss batch number and close box automatically. It adopts frequency inverter to adjust speed, human machine interface to operate, PLC to control, and photoelectric to supervise and control each station the reasons automatically, which can solve the troubles in time. This machine can be used separately, and also can be linked to other machine to be a production line. Note: this machine can also equip with hot melt glue device to do hot melt glue sealing for box.

Main Features:

The machine adopts horizontal configuration and continuous transmission. It has advantages of stable running and high packing efficiency. The machine is suitable for packing blisters,vials,tubes,soaps and other related objects. Its performance characteristics are as follows:

• This machine can fold leaflet, open box, insert blister into box, emboss batch number and then close or seal automatically. It can also equip hot melt glue device to do hot melt glue sealing for box.
• The cartoning machine adopts PLC control system, and photocell detector installed in each station so that once there is anything wrong with the machine, it can stop automatically and display the troubles so as to solve them in due time. 
• The main drive motor is installed inside it, and the torque overload protector of each transmission system is installed on the machine plate, which can make the main drive motor depart from each transmission to ensure the safety of the whole machine.
• The machine is equipped with Intelligent detection. In the absence of materials , the leaflet and box will not be given. The cardboard box without medicine edition or instructions found during the check will be rejected at the exit to ensure that the quality of the product fully meets the qualified requirements.
• This machine can be singly used or be linked with blister packing machine to form a production line.
• The cartoning Machine is able to change packaging specifications, adjust smoothly and debugging easily according to the different requirements of customers so that it is not only suitable for the production of single variety in large quantities but also for production of many varieties in small quantities.

• Main stations

 1.Rotary suction cup unloading mechanism
Adopting a rotating suction cup discharging mechanism, which is composed of 3 or 4 groups of suction cups, ensures the stability of the high-speed loading box, and has the characteristics of low noise and stable loading.
 

 

2. Lengthened carton conveying mechanism
Increase the number of stacked cartons, greatly reduce labor intensity, about 1500mm in length, can stack 1000-1200 cartons. According to the detection signal of the detection switch, the conveyor belt automatically transfers the carton to the lowering station.
 

3. Continuous multi-pushing hand design and product chain, card box chain
(1) The continuous multi-pushing hand design is adopted, with a total of 18 sets of pushers, and each pusher is only pushed once per cycle. The pushing action is gentle and the stability of the equipment's high-speed operation is guaranteed.
(2) Each group of push hands is in the form of a pressing plate, first push the manual, and then push the package. Prevent the instructions from creating resistance to the packaging.
 

 

4. Verification of instructions and cardboard boxes
A check will be made to correctly insert instructions in a cardboard box . In case of its absence, the cardboard box will be rejected to ensure the product percent of pass
Box photoelectric detection, no box, card box equipment alarm and shutdown.
The folder and the box dropping device will not work when it lacks packed matter,which greatly ensures the rate of qualified products and saves materials. Both Instruction and carton station are equipped with double detection. Firstly it will detect whether the dropping station work as expected and then it will detect the signal output to ensure the product percent of pass.
Instructions station is equipped with leaflet dropping test and leaflet placement test.
Box station is equipped with box dropping test and box placement test.
 

5. Angle encoder
Each action signal is controlled by the angle encoder and the angle of the signal can be adjusted on the touch screen to enable stable running and greatly reduce the debugging time when the equipment failure occurs.
 

 

6. Steel character batch number device
Production batch number and expiry date steel print is done by scrolling the word wheel. Printing 3 rows or 4 rows of batch numbers is also reliable available.
 

 

7. Elimination agencies
Effectively reject cartons that do not meet the requirements to prevent defective products from flowing into the next process.
