Product Description
The BFS is a dedicated state of the art system, enabling primary packaging of bulk pharmaceutical solutions into plastic containers of polypropylene or high density polyethylene or low density PE, using a Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) technology.
The BFS are performed automaticaPharmaceutical Engineering EPC Turnkey/EPC Turnkey Pharmaceutical Manufacturinglly in a single machine under a controlled environment (sterile filtered air-shower).
* extrusion of plastic granulate into a parison at high temperatures
* blow-moulding of parison into a container with sterile-filtered air
* filling of sterile-filtered solution
* hermetic sealing of filled container
This Filling unit assembly is composed of filling nozzles, the manifold with filling valves, the assembly for sterile air shower around the nozzles, the guide bars and the drive. In most cases it is possible to provide special cylinder drive for shifting the nozzles up and down. Such drive is compact and is particularly suitable for clean ambient. The absence of hydraulic cylinders offer safe and clean assembly right above the filling nozzles.
1.The design, MOC, manufacture, assembly and debugging of the BFS machine meet the requirements of the new GMP standards for production.
2. The plastic bottle blow fill seal machine has advanced equipment, unique and reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance and reliable performance.
* Applicable specification: 0.2ml-1000ml plastic bottle(according to user's requirements).
* Production Capacity: 1000-18000BPH(Customized)
*The number of bottles produced each time: 1-30 bottles/mould, can be selected according to production capacity.
* Filling accuracy: ≤ ±1%.
3.The BFS machine is integrated with bottle making, filling and capping, with compact structure and small footprint, which reduces clean workshop area and saves energy consumption of air conditioner, as well as investment and operating costs.
4.The plastic particles are plasticised by a low-speed long-screw extruder driven by a specially designed servo motor, which can effectively reduce the thermal stress of the material and accurately control the size of the bottle preforms.
5. Each cycle of the machine can be automatically compared and controlled with real time feedback.
