Product Description

This machine is a liquid potting equipment for vials or similar bottles. It can complete the functions of automatic bottle feeding,automatic filling, automatic plugging,automatic cover, cover and cap sealing.

The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, bisector positioning, plunger pumping fan-shaped plate reciprocating pressure plug, It has protection functions such as no bottle,no

Filling and automatic shutdown to ensure normal production. The machine has high degree of automation, stable operation ,convenient operation and meets GMP requirements.Materials contact part is SS316L, Non contact parts is SS304.

1.The compact line realizes single linkage, continuous operation from washing, sterilizing& drying,filling& stoppering, and capping. The whole production process realizes cleaning operation; protects products from contamination, meets the GMP production standard.
2.The whole line adopts PLC total control, frequency converter, touch screen control technology, stable and reliable operation.
3.Each machine has a power-off restart data saving function.
4.Ultrasonic washing CIP station for the mesh belt of sterilizer.
5.No vial no filling, no vial no stopper supply, no vial no capping.

6.Automatically reject for the unqualified vials.

7.Machine adopts superior SS 316L for part in product contact with product/drugs design to ensure cleaning and no dead angles. 
8.Industrial PC control with state of art features for Audit trail, data integrity, Graphical debugging and remote access.
