Multi-Head Automatic Vial Washing Counting Filling Capping Labeling and Packing Production Line

Automatic vial liquid filling and capping machine is suitable for distributing liquid products for medium and large factory,such as antibiotics,biochemical with automatic stoppering function. This machine is suitable for antibiotic glass bottle, rubber bottle stopper, and out cap capper, machine can be customed according to different bottle size and cap size. 

Production Procedures

After dried and sterilized vials go to turntable of filling machine, then will be fed by conveyor into U type slot of main aliquots disk, and will rotate together with the main disk through filling station and stoppering station. At filling station, peristaltic pump will absorb solution in silicone tube and feed it into vial. At stoppering station, vibration hopper will convey stoppers along chute arrive terminal position, then pressing head will press each stopper onto mouth of vial. At last, vials will be pushed to tray or out-feeding conveyor of linkage line.

7.Can equip with online LAF monitor system, detection the air speed, dust particle and etc, to meet GMP manufacture requirement.(Optional).
